A web-based bulletin boards application in replacement of the Bulletin Board on the Lotus Notes. A new “EZ” bulletin board platform but still can keep your existing data integrity and links.
ezBulletin Board System provide a convenient platform for user to sharing information by uploading or downloading attachments and articles without worry about the continuity of it even when they migrate out from the Domino Notes platform.

Individual BB Access Right
Allow system owners to have self-control access right of publishers and readers
"Add Comments" Function
Readers are allowed to comment on the articles to give advice. It helps to Facilitate discussion and collect feedback for further improvement.
"Announcement" Function
The announcement function that users can push notice to all readers including both subscribed and not yet subscribed for their article updates or new articles.
Search for Old Articles/
Information
All articles will be kept in the BBS database, thus users can quickly search for all old articles. It is very significant to improve efficiency among massive amount of information.
Subscribe / Unsubscribe Option
Subscribe functions helps system owners to analyze and generate the result of the readers' actual response towards the article or information shared.
