Trusted Systems is a Hong Kong–based software development company built for one purpose: engineering the security, authentication, and workflow layer behind enterprise messaging and collaboration.
We do not assemble other vendors' products and call it a solution — we design and write the code ourselves, starting from cryptography up. Our foundation is a PKI-based confidential mail system engineered natively into the IBM/HCL Domino platform, a solution now running across 95% of Hong Kong SAR Government departments and bureaux — one of the largest public-sector secure-messaging deployments in the region. That track record reflects deep, hands-on command of PKI, digital certificates, key management, and application-level data protection, not vendor configuration skills. From that foundation we built three proprietary product lines — Enigmator, TrustSafe, and ECAP — each engineered to close security and workflow gaps that off-the-shelf platforms and generic integrators leave open. We build the technology. Integrators only install it.

Government-grade PKI expertise. Our Confidential Mail System runs across 95% of Hong Kong SAR Government departments and bureaux — a deployment scale that requires owning the underlying cryptography, not configuring someone else's.
Full-stack authentication and compliance. TSAuth (MFA/2FA), Audit Trail, SecureSignFlow, and Email Compliance Manager run as one unified architecture — not stitched-together add-ons.
Application-level, lifecycle-deep security. TrustSafe protects sensitive data at the application layer across its entire lifecycle — creation, transit, storage, and disposal — not just at the network perimeter.
Development mindset, not deployment mindset. Every product line comes from an internal engineering team that writes, tests, and owns the source code — the difference between patching a symptom and re-engineering the system.
Cross-platform by design. Our certificate, token, and key-management tools operate across Domino, Outlook, and SharePoint environments, engineered for interoperability rather than locked to a single vendor's roadmap.
Continuous, purpose-built R&D. Three actively developed product lines exist because we identified gaps that standard platforms didn't solve — and built the fix ourselves, rather than waiting for a vendor to.
